  • It should be in its original sealed packaging.
  • All accompanying documents like purchase receipt, price tags, labels, warranty card, and accessories must be returned with the product. Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Receipt of Damaged Goods by Customer

  • Customers may claim refund if they receive damaged goods however, they must provide video evidence.
  • Refund eligibility requires providing video proof, video should be made at the time of opening the received parcel.
  • If video proof is not provided or video is made after the product has been unboxed then customer will not be entitled for a refund.
  • If order is to be returned, in case of damage, fault, quality or quantity issue, customer needs to dispatch it at the given address provided by our representative.
  • Refund or exchange will be arranged within 1 month’s time after we receive the product.

FAQs

Is it necessary for me to provide identification when I receive the package?

No, it isn’t, though the authorized / intended recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package.
